I really felt sorry for B. in this scene.
I think here it comes what Leighton said a while ago about B hurting herself fighting against her desire to be with Chuck:
not only she forced herself to like Marcus, but she couldn't get anything good from it, since he betrayed her too.
This scene remembers me a bit of the one in Victor Victrola when Jenny tells Blair about the masquerade ball.

I'm glad these two seem to have found some civil way to communicate.
Blair really cares about Nate.
Her face when she told him he could come back to his old life was priceless. She was truly happy for him.
I'm glad he acted nicer towards her too.

I made a picspam of Leighton on Monday's episode of Entourage : "Unlike a virgin"

Cutest scenes of the episode!!!

I'd love to share some of my thoughts about the episode:

The episode was cute, not one of the best, but still cute.
Justine was only a mean to make Vince get back faith in himself and start to take more professional responsibilities.
I think Vince and Justine are cute together, and I'm glad they left the end opened so that Justine may return.

Johnny's "Drama" at the end was awesomly hilarious, even if he was actually really sad.

Last but not least, I do think Ari Gold could use a little Blair Waldorf and viceversa!!!

By the way, Vince would be perfect for 'the Got Milk?' campaign. All the major stars do it.
If I could, I'd suggest them to make him do it.

P.S: Has anyone ever noticed how many songs used on GG were on Entourage too???
I'm sure I heard 'One Week of Danger' in the episode where they are in Las Vegas. It's "Vegas, Baby, Vegas" is I'm not wrong.
In the episode "The Day Fuckers" ( Season 4, ep.7), there are three songs in a row: " Bounce with me" by Kreesha Turner, "Rich Girls" by The Virgins and " Diamond Hipster Boy" by Washington Social Club.
Then, The Virgins again on "Gary's Desk" (Season4, ep.8) with "Radio Christiane"

Home sweet home

I finally got back home today!!!
It's been a wild summer and I had a lot of fun, but I'm kind of glad it ended.
I would not have been able to go on like I did in the summer, during the rest of the year too.
Now I'm back to the city, but not for long. I'm moving to university.
I'm soo excited about it!!!
It'll be hard but really cool. I'm going to share a flat with my cousin and other two people.
I'm studying Political Science, more specifically Foreign Affairs, and I can't wait to begin to go to university.
While I'm planning here my future life, the weather is freaking out. Is it possible to have 100% of humidity?!?
I hope it'll break soon, because even sleeping at night has become difficult.

Why do people have to complicate others' lives creating these virtual little monsters which cause very big troubles?!?
There's nothing more boring than trying to find where they hide themselves and. in the meanwhile, standing your pc being really slow and lame to you. With all the free time I have right now, what else can I do except from uptdating my livejournal every time I have something to tell???
Viruses don't make me do what I want, so they annoy me...
I'm fighting with something like 18 beasts now. It's a very big deal.
I have this daily routine which consists of opening my pc, putting on my favorite songs and checking 'my' sites. Since the last time I did these things was a week ago, I'm getting nervous.
I go back to my fight!!!

The last two days have been very critical. I can almost say they were the two most critical two days of my life till now.
Starting form yesterday, I was in a deep state of crisis. Have an argument with someone ever lead you to doubt all about yourself???
That was my case. I had an argument with my cousin for a really stupid thing and,supposedly, I also was on right part; but the way she overreacted against of me( which reminded me of a bear who protect its creatures in danger) made me go crazy because I thought her reaction was excessive and unjustifiable. This brought to light all the things I've kept inside for the past weeks, so they were all these things mixed up together to make me go through a very deep crisis, whose resolution is still in progress. When you bring with you so many heavy things, it is difficult to solve them in a moment... I'm working of them.
Since crises are like a mathematical curve, if they don't reach the peak, they don't start to go down, I needed 'my peak' to make my crysis get lower and, however I didn't ask for it, it punctually arrived today. My grandamother did not feel so good and we have to bring her to the hospital. I stayed there with her for three hours till we got the results of her exams and were able to bring her home. Things like these shake your days and make your thoughts shift. My grandparents are old but they are still healthy enough not to need to go to the doctor every month. I think I'm so used to having them around that I'd feel lost if I coulnd't be able to listen to their voices anymore from one day to another; but I also learned on my skin that people die and you don't even know why... Some things happen and we can do nothing to change the curse of the events. So I know one day I'll have to let them go.

Turning to happier topics, I promised I'd post some post of the beach. I've already some, but internet is being weird this days, so I have to do it from another pc. Tomorrow I'll post what I have. PROMISED!!!
In addition,I always take the camera with me, so, as I see some interesting things, I'll update you. Speaking of photos, I was thinking about doing something to make you know the place where I stay on summer.I could take photos of the places and describe you what they are. I don't know... I'd like to know what you think.

If life was a movie

There has been a film festival since Sunday, so, as a cinema lover like I am, on Monday night, I decided to go to see what it was like. To be honest, this is its fifth edition and I attended it every year, but I always find interesting to join things like this because it could mean watch movies I’ve never seen.

It was not what happened on Monday. I went there (it takes place not so far from where I stay) and I found out that they were going to display a movie I’d already seen. This was not a problem to me. I like to see again movies especially if I like them and, in addition, I didn’t remember clearly what the movie was like. So I stayed. At the end I understood why I didn’t remember that movie… It was about a girl and a boy who fall in love with each other, but, to conquer the boy’s heart, the girl changes completely herself, at first outside then, as a consequence, inside. At the end, obviously, they lived HAPPILY EVER AFTER.

I do not refuse the classic stories with the happy ending but, this time; it was much anticipated from the very beginning. But this was not what made me dislike the movie. After watching it, the question which messed with my head was ‘is it right that she changed for him?!?’ The answer I came up with is ‘It’s not’. This girl (whose name I don’t remember) was not very pretty because she devoted her life to study, refusing to take care of herself. When she met him, she realized he didn’t like her in that way so she changed herself ending to become someone she was sure he’d like. I do not agree with that. If she had wanted, she’d have changed for herself, because she wanted to feel better with herself not for him. Every girl, when finds a boy she likes, takes more care of herself to make him notice her paying more attention to the make-up, the way she dresses, etc. and so I do, but it doesn’t mean that the other days I go out looking like an horror movie’s killer!!!

I mean, when, in the morning, I choose what to wear I pay attention to the colors not just pick the first thing I see. That’s because I like to see me in the mirror and actually like what I look like. Maybe it is not always like that but, most of times, it is. She changed because he didn’t like her in that way, not because she felt uncomfortable with whom she was. That’s what disappointed me the most. Is it right that someone almost completely himself only to be what the others want him to be? No one can be merely reduced to a little monkey who does what someone else tells him to do. We are free, so why don’t we enjoy our freedom?!?

Then is it right to provide a similar message to all the teenagers who see the movie??? I may sound apocalyptic at this, but messages like this help to build a generation made up of future adults without personality.

And if he left you after all the things you’ve done for him, like it happened in the movie??? You realize what you haven’t for a long time and regret you did. The only thing that remains to you is the bitter taste in you mouth for losing time not being who you really are. And let me say that, most of the times, there are not HAPPILY EVER AFTER in real life.

Don’t blame me, but I think a reaction like this is linked to the fact that I truly believe that, in everyday life, before trust people, you have to trust yourself and rely on you.

Summer, Kind of...

This morning I woke up with the intention to go to the sea to get some tan, but, as soon as I got out of the bed and watched outside the window, I discovered that the weather had joked me: cold wind and clouds.
Since I am a brave girl, instead of spending at home most of the day, I went to the beach and, getting all my courage, I also tried to have a bath.
Not only the wind freezed my thoughts but the water was super cold too!!!
I got out of it and decided to take advantage of the clouds which protected me from the sunshine to read the last 50 pages of my book, but as soon as I opened the book, it started raining!!!
Could it be possible for so many disappointing things to happen all at the same moment?!?
So, as you may have guess, defeated, I came back home not willing to finish my book.
It's 23:52 here and, obviously, the weather hasn't change yet.
Hopefully tomorrow I'll get to get some tan. :)
For now I'm just desperately checking for some GG spoilers ( Yes, I'm an addict!!! lol) but they are nowhere to be seen or read so I'm truly convinced my wait will end in despair.

Finally the so-long waited summer

I took my exam almost two weeks ago and I can assure you I'm done with school for at least two months.
I'm enojying my summer.
Books, relax, sea, sun are all the things I want and I need now.
Then I'll be ready to move to university.
I'm actually glad I'm moving. I think I need to change something in my life to make it get a new course.
I'm going to get more responsibilities, but it's great. I'll get to manage my daily life; no more mum everywhere around me to give me everything I need.
I'm only a little sad for my mom... the rest is better to be left where it is.
There's only one little problem about me moving to university: I do not know if I'll have a stable internet connection at my new home. This could be a problem for me because I couldn't be able to check my email and lj every time I want and every time I need.
September is too much important month!!!
I have GG and Heroes to catch up with!!!
If I didn't have internet, I'd manage to do anything to log in as much as possible. I'll find an internet cafè!!!
But I'm not sure about that... I still have to search for a home. When I'll get more information I'll let you know.
It's being hot here, but fortunately I have sea near my house; so every morning, when I wake up, I have a (sun)bath.
I promise I'll do a bath for everyone of you who can't and I'll try to upload here with some of my summer experiences!!!
By the end of the week ( maybe tomorrow), I plan to write about what I did this evening.
It's really late here and I look like some SLEEPING GIRL WALKING( I woke up very early this morning to to get to the hospital...), so it's better for me to go sleep.

Three days of danger

I’m really pissed off now.

I do not want to study anymore but it is one of those times in your life in which you can’t do what you want to do. I’m taking high school’s final exams. I’ll have the last test on Monday. Actually it is not a test, it is an oral interrogation about all the subjects and I’ve been madly studying for nearly a month, but I’m tired now. I have studying hard for this for five years and, till two months ago, I would have never even thought that, but now I can’t wait for Monday to come. I would have paid to have this test last week!!! But since they go in alphabetical order and my surname is Veraldi, I was chosen to be the last day IN ALL THE SCHOOL!!!

I must admit that seeing my mates who have already had the interrogation being free to waste time and having fun does not help me at all.

I just want to relax and go to the sea!!!

It’s too much hot here!!!
40 degrees every day is an attempted assassination!!!

The wait and the weather are killing me!!!

And besides, I’ll have a wedding to attend on Sunday…

I guess if I succeed in being alive at the end of this week, on Monday, at this time I’ll be free to do what I want and enjoy my summer.

Dead or not, it’s sure by that time I’ll still have my lj, which is my little refuge where I escape when the real world piss me off.

I’ll be back here on Monday to tell how it was.
